Who am I?

Jazmyne Mills. Harry Potter stan, book worm, and pottery enthusiast.

Where are you based?

California. The Bay Area. I am originally from Kansas City, KS. I’ve been living in the Bay Area for the past 8 years. I live with my husband and our 2 dogs Umi and Rue.

Any hobbies?

I love to read. I always have at least one book in my bag and I’m probably reading more than one at a time.

I recently started a pottery class at a local studio in my community. I’ve been learning the basics so far. I can’t wait to be eating and drinking out of my own creations :)

Why UX design?

I love that it’s more than making something look pretty. It’s about connecting with the people who use the products and understanding them.

Before UX Design what was I doing?

I worked a bunch a retail and food service for awhile. then I made my way into the coporate world as an office manager.

How did I learn UX design?

Google UX Design Course. it’s on coursera and i took it at my own pace.

What skills do I have?

User research Design process Wireframing Prototyping
